The Wisconsin Electric Cooperative Association represents 25 electric cooperatives across the state that collectively provide electric service to nearly 600,000 people. Our members own and operate generation, transmission, and distribution assets, maintain a network of more than 50,900 miles of powerlines, have a collective service territory representing 1/3 of the state’s geography, employ nearly 1,450 individuals and renewable energy makes up almost 20 percent of our collective portfolio and is growing.
 
We invite you to invest in the future of Wisconsin’s electric cooperatives by becoming a WECA associate member. WECA works closely with our members at all levels. Annually, we have over 3,000 co-op employee and director touchpoints resulting from our direct member engagement.
