IMPORTANT RESERVATION NOTES
- A taxable $29.95 nightly resort fee, or curent prevailing fee if changed, will be added to each sleeping room reservation.
- After October 12, 2025, there is a 72-hour cancellation policy per room. Reservations cancelled prior to the 72-hour mark will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 72 hours pay for the entire room rate. Condos, cabins, and villas are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy with a $30 cancellation fee.

The WECA Board Reorganizational Meeting will take place at the conclusion of the annual meeting.
