ECLIPSE Leader Training Core Course (Part 3 - Correlate, Create, & Contribute)
1-1/2 Skill Builder Credits

In this one-day session we will CORRELATE what you have learned about being a leader and leading your cooperative with fundamentals of the cooperative business model. This session will focus on the skills you have learned, HOW to apply them into your current work and the future needs of your cooperative. We will spend time CREATING a plan for your new skills and abilities to be utilized through the lens of being an employee and leader of an electric cooperative. Through the new knowledge you have gained you will increase your success through new approaches to CONTRIBUTIONS you can make. This session with coordinate the various aspects of the leadership program.

The four program topics are covered over four days on February 18-19 and then continued on March 19-20 with instructor Mitch Majeski. Then on October 16, we will put all of these topics together and wrap-up this portion of the CORE ECLIPSE courses with Teri Wallis.

*In order to hold this course, a minimum enrollment of 20 participants is required. Register early to secure your seat!
