Managing Your Cooperatives Accounts Receivables
(previously Credit Issues/Collections ~ new content and new location)

1-1/2 Skill Builder Credits

We are living in a challenging environment where costs have and continue going up, individuals and families may be challenged regularly or from time to time to make ends meet,  and the priority of utility bill payment isn’t the top priority for all our members. Spend this day, that is set aside to learn, share, and consider new ways to address challenges in managing the overall accounts receivable of our cooperative.

This working session will discuss:
  • Changes we are seeing in the management of our Accounts Receivable over the past couple of years;
  • What NEW things do we need to consider;
  • What practices and procedures need to change and be updated and what needs to stay the same in our collections processes; and
  • Look at new approaches and words of wisdom that will assist this challenging process.
