Think and Relate Like a Leader (ECLIPSE Core Course)
3-1/2 Skill Builder Credits for February 18-19

This two-day session is designed to elevate participants’ leadership thinking and strategic decision-making. Attendees will explore the core principles of leadership, including how to lead with clarity and intent. Topics include cultivating trust, fostering innovation, and building cohesive teams. Participants will also learn techniques to maintain a broad perspective on leadership challenges and understand how to apply relational intelligence through personal awareness and team dynamics.

The four program topics will be covered over four days on February 18-19 and then continued on March 19-20.
