Each year topics reflect the changing environment that electric cooperatives operate in. The Weld Riley, S.C. and Fredrikson & Byron P.A. law firms will be covering evolving legal issues pertinent to the decisions made by electric cooperative directors, managers/CEOs, and key staff.

DIRECTOR GOLD RENEWAL: Once the program agenda is finalized, WECA will be requesting this course be approved as an extra credit towards Director Gold renewal. Director Gold requires 3 credits be taken in a 2-year period with at least 2 coming from BLC and the other being either a BLC or other approved course.
