Leading Through Change
1-1/4 Skill Builder Credits (with a minimum of 20 participants)

In today’s fast-paced business environment, change is constant—whether it’s organizational restructuring, new technologies, evolving customer expectations, or workforce shifts. This full-day, interactive training equips leaders with the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to effectively adapt, manage, and implement change within their teams and organizations. Through a combination of real-world scenarios, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants will learn how to overcome resistance, foster buy-in, and maintain team engagement during periods of uncertainty.

Leaders will leave with proven frameworks for communicating change with clarity, building resilience within their teams, and aligning people around new goals and processes. Key takeaways include: understanding the human dynamics of change, identifying and addressing sources of resistance, applying change models like Kotter’s 8-Step Process, and developing a personalized action plan to lead change initiatives with confidence. This training empowers leaders to turn disruption into opportunity and guide their organizations toward sustained success.

Key Takeaways:
  • Understand human responses to change and how to lead through them
  • Apply proven change leadership models (ie., Kotter's 8 Steps)
  • Communicate change clearly to build trust and reduce resistance

This is an ECLIPSE approved ELECTIVE course. Anyone can take this course and is not limited to ECLIPSE participants.
