Maintaining Service Excellence During A Pandemic: Managing Stress
1 Skill Builder Credit
(The fee covers as many employees as you wish to attend the morning and/or afternoon webinars on June 17.)

In the wake of COVID-19, many cooperative members are dealing with the strain of their financial obligations amidst the loss of employment or reduced working hours. During this time, the role of Member and Customer Service will play an important part in maintaining service excellence while assisting these victimized members. This webinar will provide practical tips on effectively assisting members affected by the COVID pandemic.

NOTE: Each webinar will run 60 minutes with a Q&A session at the end.

Both the 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. sessions are the same program and co-op are encourages to send as many employees to either or both programs. We wanted to make it convenient for your staff to attend either session at a time that worked out best in their schedules. Some co-ops require splitting their staff between sessions.

Please register your employees for either or both sessions. They are listed on our website as separate events so we can send each group the login information for each webinar. We plan to use WebEx webinar software.
