WECA is creating a video library focusing on educating new employees and board directors. The videos will provide a well-rounded understanding of the inter-relationships employees and directors will encounter in their new position. These videos will be available through the end of 2023. This video series will be replacing WECA’s in-person New Employee Orientation Workshop.
