WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This program is intended for co-op staff with accounting and financial responsibilities ranging from new to experienced.Staff who orders, receives, and reconciles inventory, accounts payable, payroll, openers of work orders, closers of work orders, staking engineers (estimating of work orders using assembly units), engineers, operations administrative staffing, staff who enter and approve time for multiple employees, accounting staff, anyone that utilizes their cooperative’s software within or around the topic of work orders.

Have you attended Work Order workshops over the past few years, but wonder if how you specifically do things is the best. In a facilitated setting, this working session will address several areas of the work order process and dig into the “How to” in our software systems and overall processes.

Best Practices In:
  • Establishing a work order 
  • Assembly setup and adjustments to assembly unit conversions
  • Overhead distributions/spreads/allocations
  • Time entry and time sheets
  • Pick lists and material charge out sheets
  • Stock and non-stock inventory decisions
  • Reconciling materials to assembly units
  • As built changes to staking
This is a working session that will benefit several staff who interact within the work order process.  This session will require attendees to have at least one laptop per cooperative that can access your software system remotely.
