Riverland Energy, Arcadia, Wisc.We are seeking a Manager of Member Services to join the team! We are seeking a strong candidate who believes in the cooperative principles.  
The Manager of Member Services plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional service experiences for cooperative members. This position involves overseeing various aspects related to member interactions, billing, and member support. Responsible for all cooperative publications, social media, advertising, website, and supporting material. They are directly responsible for the day–to–day activities of  Member Services, Communications, and Billing. Assists with Economic Development and Key Account functions for Riverland Energy Cooperative (REC). Duties may include attending meetings, conferences, and other official gatherings as the representative of REC as it is a highly visible position.
We are headquartered in Arcadia, WI, with an office in Holmen, WI. Upon hiring, there will be opportunities to work out of both offices. This will be a salaried (exempt) position and will be required to be available outside of normal office hours if needed.
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but Associate Degree required in public relations, business administration, and office services.
  • Five (5) years experience in utility marketing, public relations, or related field.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in handling member inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficient in operations of Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
