- Ensure Billing Accuracy: Analyze prebill reports, resolve discrepancies, and maintain compliance with state regulations.
- Support Member Accounts: Process adjustments, address inquiries, and provide professional support by phone or written correspondence.
- Collaborate: Work with team members to complete service orders and investigate unusual meter readings.
- Maintain Data Integrity: Monitor energy usage trends and ensure accurate tax and franchise fee applications.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma plus at least two years of customer service experience, or equivalent knowledge.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Braham, MN Headquarters location.
- Hybrid Option: This position may offer a hybrid work arrangement after a training period.
