MEMBER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE
Riverland Energy Cooperative, Holmen, Wis.—We are seeking a full-time Member Account Representative to join our team! The Member Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for members, ensuring exceptional service and support. This role includes member communications, processing payments, and facilitating requests related to memberships, account changes, rebates, and energy services. This position also demands strong customer service skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving member inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma required
- Associate Degree in Business, Office Administration, or a related field preferred
- Three or more years in customer service or a related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong computer skills with the ability to work efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
