MEMBER ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATE – FIRST IMPRESSIONS EXPERT

Eau Claire Energy Cooperative (ECEC), located in beautiful Fall Creek, WI, is seeking a full-time Member Accounts Associate to serve as our first point of contact for members, visitors, and our internal team.
As a Member Accounts Associate at ECEC, you'll play a key role in providing outstanding administrative support while delivering excellent customer service. From answering questions, greeting visitors, to managing documents, daily financial tasks, scheduling, and you'll be the backbone of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Impressions Matter: Serve as the first point of contact for members, answering questions, processing payments, resolving billing issues, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Daily Financial Tasks: Prepare and balance daily deposits, including payments from mail, drop boxes, and electronic transactions. Post payments accurately to member accounts.
- Billing Process Support: Review and verify billing reports and test databases to ensure accuracy.
- Document Management: Handle member correspondence, generate letters, and maintain electronic records by scanning documents into company specific software.
- Office & Supply Management: Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient operation of the office.
- High school diploma required; 1-3 years of professional office experience preferred.
- Friendly, personable, and great at multitasking.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
